Source and pursue new business opportunities in the Service and Manufacturing setors.
Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
Conduct market research on potential clients and competitors.
Assist with recruitment process including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Assist with work pass applications when required.
To coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
Maintain compliance with Singapore employment regulations and agency standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of recruitment and business development activities.
Executive Support:
Acts as a Personal Assistant to Executive Director by preparing meeting notes, managing follow-ups, and liaising with clients.
Facilitate internal meetings, company events, and agency initiatives.
To handle confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements:
Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy and efficiency.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.

9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
