Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning Conduct industry and market research, formulate the company's mid-to-long-term development strategy and annual objectives, and determine business expansion directions.
Supply Chain Management Oversee procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes; balance cost and quality to ensure efficient circulation of food ingredients.
Quality & Safety Control Establish end-to-end quality control standards to mitigate food safety risks.
Sales & Operations Develop and maintain client relationships, build a service system, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
Team Management Build and lead the core team, define responsibilities, establish training and performance evaluation mechanisms, and foster a positive team culture.
Financial Management Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, control costs, and ensure stable cash flow.
Risk Management Address industry-related risks and ensure compliance in operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills; proven track record in building and motivating high-performing teams.
Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and last-mile delivery optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of driving efficiency and cost reduction.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and cold-chain management is a strong plus.
