About Our Client
Our client is a financial institution specializing in securities, asset management and insurance. With a track record of successfully connecting clients with lucrative investment opportunities, they are currently in the process of expanding their product suite to offer digital assets and security token offerings (STOs).

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage high net worth individuals and accredited investors who have an interest in exclusive fundraising opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their financial objectives are aligned with the fundraising opportunities presented
  • Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of fundraising offerings, including private equity, venture capital, real estate funds, and other alternative investment vehicles
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and customize fundraising solutions to match their financial goals and risk appetite
  • Market Research and Due Diligence:
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and emerging fundraising prospects
  • Conduct rigorous due diligence on potential fundraising projects, providing clients with well-informed recommendations
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Ensure all client interactions and fundraising transactions comply with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Keep abreast of evolving regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including investment analysts, legal advisors, and compliance officers, to facilitate successful fundraising campaigns
  • Provide regular updates on client engagement, fundraising progress, and market insights
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • CMFAS paper 1A/B and 4A/B is an advantage
