Job Description

• Position : Business Development/Sales Executive (Property/Real Estate Advertising Portals)
• Location : Cecil Street (Raffles/Telok Ayer/Downtown MRT)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Transport Claims + Quarterly Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities (cold call, networking, social media, meeting potential clients)
• Develop new initiatives and projects and develop new business partnerships (Engage with clients/bankers/mortgage brokers, real estate agents)
• Over-see and manage projects and initiatives including achieving good online reviews we well as awards; participating in events on behalf of the firm
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
• Collaborate with team members by sharing feedback, creating file and prospects to ensure smooth work process
• Plan, coordinate, implement marketing strategies and events to promote and develop new business relationship
• All other ad-hoc matters assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder
• Relevant experience in Property advertising platforms will be advantageous
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
