Business Excellence Executive

Job Description

The Business Excellence Executive supports the implementation of business improvement initiatives, drives operational efficiency, and ensures alignment with internal governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement goals. This role is hands-on and collaborative, focusing on process enhancement, data analysis, and audit activities to support organizational excellence.





Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic & Operational Support



Assist in the implementation of Business Excellence frameworks to improve operational performance and efficiency. Apply structured methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance business processes and service delivery.


2. Compliance & Internal Audit



Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Identify gaps, compile audit reports, and assist in recommending improvement actions.


3. Cross-Functional Coordination



Work closely with various departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, L&D/Customer Service) to support process optimization projects. Assist teams in adopting new tools, systems, and business processes to improve productivity.


4. Performance Tracking & Reporting



Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Compile data insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.


5. Customer Experience & Service Quality



Review the audit findings vs the customer feedback (Google reviews, app membership systems, outlet feedback report). Identify service gaps, propose enhancement plans, and follow up on implementation effectiveness.


6. Project Execution & Oversight



Participate in project audits through data checks, CCTV monitoring, and on-site observations. Support the preparation of improvement plans and track audit follow-up actions.


Pre-requisites



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field. Prior experience in process improvement, operations support, business transformation, or audit coordination
preferred.


Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Excellence methodologies is an advantage. Detail-oriented and disciplined in execution. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. * Data-driven and improvement-focused mindset.
