Manage all emails, and telephone queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
Support team in day-to-day management and administration of the department\'s activities
Assist in Social Media platforms and give professional responses to guests
Assist in preparation and coordination of annual business plans, quarterly reviews, client proposals, contracts, pro-forma invoices and the annual RFP coordination process
Maintain database of sales contacts and leads
Collate sales and market statistics to develop hotel\'s month end figures
Assist in the preparation of supporting documents for presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions
Assist in the compiling research and feedback on changing market travel trends, statistics, new business source, competition
Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing
Experience in commercial support or administration
Candidates without prior experience may apply
