Engagement with Client and Consultants for potential business opportunities, realising it from 'News' to 'Tender' to 'Award' with guidance from Manager.
Identity potential business opportunities from market research and analysis.
(B) Business Department Duties
Carry out day-to-day Business Department duties such as:
Prepare board papers for Headquarters (HQ) approval
Carry out research & market analysis for business opportunities, competitors and other market trends
Prepare prequalification for checking & submissions
Carry out other business administrative tasks under management guidance
2. Regularly discuss timeline of all tasks with team and ensure timely deliverables.
(C) Tender Support & Coordination
Provide support during tender stage such as:
Coordinate with other departments and compile tender submittals with quality and on time
Organise and facilitate Risk Assessment & Value Engineering sessions
Coordinate discussions with Consultants for D&B tenders
2. Prepare tender presentations during tender interview as well as corporate presentations, presenting when necessary.
(D) Others:
Plan and execute business events throughout the financial year.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives for the company throughout the financial year.
* Write and publish marketing initiatives such as company newsletters and brochures.
