Our client is a global leading electronics manufacturing company seeking for talents to join them in their expansion plan as a Global Business Fulfilment Analyst.
  • Overall Global Business Operations (GBO) end-to-end in charge to oversee the design and execution of CRM, CPQ, OM to Planning business process improvement and system implementation
  • Work with functional Global Process Owners (GPO) and respective stakeholders to:
o Define scope, objective, schedule, KPI

o Determine right drivers and process change to achieve objectives

o Drive upstream data quality ensuring overall productivity and efficiency
  • Assess, manage and mitigate all gaps between "as-is" and "to be" processes
  • Active discussions and alignment of deliverables with GPO and key stakeholders for each process/system re-design or harmonization
  • Anticipate possible issues, resource challenges and escalate in proper time to clear urgent/critical barriers
  • Maintain regular communications with functional teams on project progress and report project status to Sponsors and management on a regular basis
  • Plan, manage and coordinate activities to ensure that Business Process Change is robustly managed such that implementation is effective and timely
  • Active role in initiating productivity improvement by proactively reviewing and harmonizing processes to support changing business requirements
  • Lead discussions, initiatives and projects
The Talent
  • Bachelor's degree in business Management or related field with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Quote to Cash fulfillment activities in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with Oracle ERP relating to CRM CPQ OM Demand Planning would be advantageous
