Job Description

As a Business Insights & Strategy Manager, you will take a leading role in generating business insights to drive tangible business impact. You will collaborate with functional domain experts across markets and contribute to the development of business strategies. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects and gain meaningful exposure to senior management.

Your impact

• Work closely with different business units to understand their goals and translate unstructured business questions into quantitative problems.
• Analyze user behavioral data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and facilitate the formulation of business plans.
• Design and build reports and visualizations on business performance.
• Design A/B tests and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Engineering teams to optimize operations

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or any related analytical field.
• 5 - 8 years\' of work experience in prescriptive analytics and implementing statistical models.
• 3+ years of work experience using SQL.
• Proficiency in Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with stakeholders across markets
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Experience with OTT, tech, and/or high growth businesses a plus
