Review and validate a wide range of data from marketing, sales, revenue, and operation, to customer engagement metrics to business and specific campaigns. . Retrieval, synthesise and analyse data trends to generate insights that can help improve the process and value of the business based on goals defined from consultation with management and key stakeholders. . Develop dashboards and create reports for senior management across the region. . Work with the key stakeholders to provide recommendations to improve the process based on the findings. Job Requirements . Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Science related field. . 1-3 years of business analyst experience, preferably in the high-tech industry . Solid understanding of business intelligence analysis and its impact on business . Proven experience with programming for data analysis. . Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data management and related tools Work Location 30 Pasir Panjang Road, #07-32, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117440 Working Hours 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday
