ABOUT THE ROLE

Sarva Fine Arts is looking for a dynamic, highly organised, and people-centric

Business Lead

to oversee and grow all departments across the organisation. This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and drive results across teaching, admissions, marketing, and finance.

You will be the central pillar connecting all departments -- ensuring smooth daily operations while simultaneously building systems, driving growth, and elevating Sarva's brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Teaching Department Leadership

Manage, guide, and support all teachers across branches. Oversee timetables, class quality, teacher KPIs, performance reviews, and discipline. Ensure consistent delivery of Sarva's teaching standards and student experience. Resolve operational challenges quickly.

2. Admissions & Customer Management

Lead the admissions team and ensure fast, smooth onboarding of new students. Implement efficient inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion systems. Monitor student retention, class occupancy, and parent feedback. Enforce strong communication flow across all centers.

3. Marketing & Brand Building

Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for admissions, events, workshops, and Sarva branding. Oversee social media content planning, coordination with designers, and performance tracking. Drive branch-wise promotions and manage events-related publicity.

4. Finance & Administration

Oversee monthly revenue tracking, fees collection, budgeting, and branch-level financial performance. Work with accounts team on payouts, teacher salaries, purchases, and cost control. Maintain documentation, SOPs, contracts, and compliance.

5. Leadership & Growth

Create systems, processes, and dashboards for all departments. Conduct weekly reviews with teachers, admissions team, and zone managers. Plan quarterly goals for student growth and operational efficiency. Represent Sarva professionally in partner schools, venues, and external collaborations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple departments. Excellent communication & people management. Highly organised, disciplined, and proactive. Experience in operations, customer relations, or business management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment. Someone who enjoys building systems and leading teams. Arts background is a bonus but not mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Operations or equivalent. 3-7 years of experience in a managerial or operations role. Strong English communication. Tamil/Hindi speaking is a plus.
