Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and register all members and their guests, anticipating needs and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor at all times. Provide expert recommendations and service for an exclusive selection of wines, spirits, and beers. Confidently prepare classic and signature cocktails as requested by members, utilizing strong bartending experience and techniques. Manage all bar stock, including wine, spirits, mixers, and coffee beans, placing orders to maintain optimal par levels. Handle and present light food items, including setting up and clearing breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea service. Manage lounge bookings, process simple payment transactions (if required), and assist with stocktaking and supplier liaison.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality environment. Proven bartender experience is essential, with strong practical knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varietals, and spirits. Exceptional customer service skills, a highly professional appearance, and a natural ability to engage with a sophisticated corporate clientele.
