Who You Are
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport easily
Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn
Organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
