We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Business Management function within the COO Office of a leading Financial Services firm. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective governance and execution across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the COO, providing oversight, guidance, and execution support on critical business priorities.
Lead and manage business management activities including budgeting, resourcing, and performance tracking.
Oversee governance frameworks, ensuring policies, processes, and controls are effectively implemented.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage key stakeholder relationships across global offices, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Provide leadership to a high-performing team, ensuring effective talent management and development.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or related industries.
Strong track record in business management, COO office, or strategy/operations leadership roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change across a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks within asset management.
