Job Description

• This role is responsible in gaining insights into business opportunities based on the corporate strategy, regional, and industry business objectives.
• It involves developing and executing development strategies by analyzing, communicating and exploring opportunities in the data center market to promote the achievement of market targets and effectively implement the strategies.
• The Business Manager is required to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders is essential in planning, designing, delivering, and accepting data center solutions for customers and partners.
• The responsibility extends to end-to-end project operation, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Building organizational relationships, expanding the customer base, and forming partnerships are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• Technology understanding - strong understanding of assigned Cisco solution.
• Effective communication skills both orally and written
• Experience in managing relationships with large vendors and channel partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of the Channel model
• Strong sales background with the ability to build relationships at senior and strategic levels
• Business management skills
• Management and mentoring of staff
• Tender and Proposal writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
• Good attention to detail and follow-up
