The Role

The Business Manager, Flegen will play a strategic and operational leadership role in driving the commercial success of the brand. This role is responsible for shaping and executing business strategies that contribute to Hegen's mission to serve 100 million mothers worldwide. Your responsibilities will involve implementing creative strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders to propel both commercial success and community engagement.



We are looking for talents who are passionate about supporting mothers and babies. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable in combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead strategic plans to grow Flegen by working closely with Commercial, Marketing, in-house lactation consultants and executives to curate service offerings for Hegen clients and customers. Manage the operations of Flegen by ensuring that it meets the planned objectives, enabling the business to achieve commercial targets and drive strong brand awareness Identify potential partnerships and initiatives to expand the business channel(s) and drive greater awareness towards the adoption of Flegen services Create programme and campaigns to inform and educate target audience about Flegen services Ensure continuous delivery of best-in-class and seamless customer experience Lead a team of Lactation Consultant(s) and business operations team to reach commercial success Spearhead planning of Flegen outreach initiatives to build rapport and educate customers on Flegen offerings Perform and leverage research and competitors' analysis to develop competitive business strategy as well as curate programme offerings, pricing strategy and benchmarking Analyse and study industry trends on breastfeeding, lactation and healthcare information to bring new and latest insights with feasibility into Flegen.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods, ideally in mother and baby care or adjacent categories Proven track record in commercial management, business development and team leadership Proficiency in business reporting, budgeting, and data analysis Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment Excellent presentation skills and communication skills Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional and dynamic setup. Strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating challenges. Purpose-driven, community-minded and passionate about creating a lasting and positive impact. Willingness to commit on Saturdays when required to support Flegen operations
