Responsibilities As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing and analysing team performance and business activities.
Tracking team performance and assisting in strategic business planning
Conduct training sessions for bankers and associate bankers on regulatory/processes updates
Supporting management team on matters for new hires including onboarding, trainings
Liaising with internal stakeholders on client seminars and events

Requirements

Tertiary education with a strong academic track record
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a Private Bank
Strong communication skills and the ability to present well in front of senior stakeholders
Analytical, ability to work well individually and in a team
