Master's degree in HRM, Marketing, Sales or relevant fields.
Should have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Delivery Management & Resource Management.
Must have at least 6 years of experience in SEA region.
Good understanding of the ERP market in Singapore and neighbouring countries.
Identifying and developing business opportunities with the new clients as well as strengthen the relationship with existing clients.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Manage the delivery cycle and monitor the process in order to provide related excellent client service.
Collaborate with internal Practice Heads and develop solution-based proposals that generate demand and win clients/projects.
Experience in hiring to set up highly effective teams for projects and support in coordination with Project Management Office.
Responsible for the full hiring process, from business development to talent acquisition, placing SAP specialists across APAC markets.
