Job Description

:

• Drive program revenue and profitability.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including part price and capital expenditure.
• Develop program business strategies.
• Implement operational cost efficiencies through process optimization and design changes.
• Maintain a balance between organizational operations and customer needs.
• Assess technical and business risks through competition analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, including industry trends, product news, market share, and new technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate, with a significant portion of time spent in China or India.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Science; knowledge of manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and analyses into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
