Project & Change Management



Collaborate with key stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and Compliance teams. Identify process gaps, pain points, and opportunities for efficiency improvements. Support the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic initiatives (e.g., digital platform and CRM system enhancements). Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and facilitate sign-offs for system changes. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain clear communication of progress with stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics



Prepare dashboards and performance reports to support business insights. Enhance and maintain existing Management Information System (MIS) reports. Assist in budgeting processes and gather competitor intelligence for benchmarking purposes. Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL. Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry. Proven experience as a business and data analyst. Project management experience, preferably in overseas wealth management business models. * Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to effectively engage senior stakeholders in Taiwan.
