Your role

Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the Wealth Management business forward?

We\'re looking for a business manager to work on:

• Strategic Planning : Assist in developing and implementing the strategic plans and priorities for GWM South-East Asia, Japan, India & Australia (SEA & JIA)
• Decision-making support: Provide analysis, research and recommendations on key strategic initiatives to facilitate decision-making process
• Management Rhythm: Support various senior management forums across the region by helping to drive agendas and manage action portfolios
• Project Management: Oversee and manage important projects across the region, ensuring successful completion and alignment with organizational objectives
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders
• Problem Resolution: Identify and address complex issues and challenges. Possess the ability to work with different stakeholders and deliver effective solutions
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures

Your team

You\'ll be working in the Global Wealth Management Chief Of Staff team covering Southeast Asia, Japan, India and Australia (SEA and JIA), located in Singapore. This team is the driving force for business growth in GWM SEA & JIA and supports the Singapore Location Head & Co-Head of GWM APAC in the execution of her mandate and responsibilities.

Your expertise

• At least 8 years of experience working as a business manager or in a similar role which required the above expertise preferable in private banking
• Very organised and able to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• An excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• Quick to learn new things including IT skills, tools and new process
• Always looking to remove barriers and increase efficiency
• A natural project manager with a strategic mind-set
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
