Business & Marketing Associate [gaming Industry]

Job Description
We are looking for a Business & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will report directly to the founders, and cover both business and marketing functions, requiring a well-rounded business skill set. Your role will include:
- Assisting with the planning, strategy, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Developing internal processes, documentation, and helping scale the business.
- Supporting negotiations with key external partners and fundraising efforts.
- Assisting in company strategy, vision, and KPI setting.
- Managing community management and fan engagement.
- Representing company to the community.
- Conducting research and analysis to support business decision making.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge in Gaming, Blockchain or other Web3 related technologies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
- A strong passion for Gaming and Blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with major Blockchain technologies and technical developments in the ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of the Gaming and Blockchain spaces.
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
