About the Role

We're looking for a

Business Model Innovation Analyst

to join our client's

Global Automotive Parts Supply Chain Division

.


This is not a typical analyst role -- it's an opportunity to

reshape how business is done

. You'll work alongside the

Lead Innovator

to explore, design, and build

new business models

that transform how organizations operate within the global vendor-to-vendor ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Analyze customer business needs, identify root issues, and uncover strategic opportunities. Align client goals with our service portfolio to drive high-value partnerships. Identify and design

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

and

Digital Transformation (DX)

initiatives. Understand how business leaders make decisions and translate insights into action plans. Build and maintain a

central knowledge repository

of key business insights and case studies. Collaborate across teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable value. Reimagine and innovate the

core value proposition

of the vendor-to-vendor business model.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

, or related field. At least

3 years of experience

in business analysis, strategy, or business development. Hands-on experience in

process re-engineering

,

digital transformation

, or

innovation projects

. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills -- able to simplify complexity and see the big picture. Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels. Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies for business innovation. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a

fast-paced global environment

.
