Job Description

Salary: UP $2500 - $2700 (depends on experiences)

Location: Central

\xe2\x8f\xb1Working day: 2-11pm on Weekdays & half day for alternate Sat.

Responsibilities:

• Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires

• Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres

• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced

• To make bookings and help with registrations of patients

• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics

• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department

• Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Prior experience in healthcare sector, similar role like clinic assistant, experience in insurance billing/claim
