Business Operations Analyst

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:





1. Compile and maintain customer data, and assist the Business Manager in maintaining customer relationships.


2. Handle international trade import and export settlement operations, including documentary credit follow-up, document preparation, review, and settlement (foreign exchange) clearing.


3. Provide back-office support for procurement and sales foreign exchange settlement, including drafting and revising contract offers, managing business files, tracking business operations (covering inbound/outbound logistics, receipts & payments, settlement reconciliation), and maintaining contract execution registers.


4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.





Job Requirements:





1. Bachelor's degree or above , majoring in Finance, International Business, Economics, Trade, or related fields.


2. Minimum 1 yearsof experience in the commodity trading industry is preferred.


3. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills; ability to work diligently and endure hardship; strong coordination skills; diligent, meticulous, and responsible work attitude.


4. Clear logical thinking with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
