Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Intern to support and optimize core operational processes within our wholesale B2B business. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing backend operations across supply chain, sales support, and customer fulfillment -- while also contributing to improving internal systems and workflows. You'll work closely with a cross-cultural team across 10+ countries, gaining exposure to diverse business practices, as well as insight into how our B2B product offerings evolve to meet client needs across regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Routine Operational Support


Assist with order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment tracking Maintain accurate records of pricing, inventory, and client accounts Support coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams Ensure timely and accurate execution of standard B2B processes


2. Process Optimization


Review and help refine internal workflows for efficiency (e.g. order lifecycle, vendor coordination) Identify bottlenecks and assist in creating documentation and SOPs Contribute to automation or system upgrades in collaboration with operations and tech teams Assist in implementation and testing of process improvements


3. Product Evolution & Market Feedback


Help collect and organize product and client feedback from regional sales teams Support analysis of product mix performance across markets Observe how customer requirements influence updates to SKUs, packaging, or service terms Participate in internal discussions on product offering strategies for different B2B segments

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Highly organized and attentive to detail, especially in routine processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve systems Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow tools is a plus A clear communicator with a willingness to learn and take initiative
