You will be working closely with our Chief Operations Officer (COO) on strategic projects for the entire Operations organization across supply chain, sourcing and production as well as retail. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will set out to improve current business operations and processes, supporting the execution of high-stakes projects fundamental to our key operations functions. When the project requires, you will be seconded to the head of department to work closely to drive improvements in their business processes.

Requirements:

You should have / be:

• Someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment, willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary.
• Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and follow through on commitments.
• Aptitude for numbers, data, absorbing lots of information, willing to investigate and provide ongoing analysis to identify factors that will affect performance.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6+ months to the internship.
• Comfortable working with/picking up digital platforms including GSheets, AirTable, Notion. Google App Script and experience with SQL is a plus.
• Majored or majoring in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline.

• Improve business processes and operations driving daily operations across supply chain, retail and sourcing and production.
• Drive strategic projects including exploring cross-functional projects for integrated business planning as well as digitization of our supply chain.
• Build rituals with the COO for the Operations organization to drive cadences on business and team goals.
• Oversee the progress of high stake projects determined by the COO, making sure that plans are regularly reviewed, optimized, and that all risks are flagged, discussed and corrective actions taken.
