What We're Looking For

We're seeking a partner who can bring any of the following:


Proven experience in agency recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting Strong network and understanding of specific sectors (e.g., tech, finance, engineering, healthcare) Business development, account management, or operational capabilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to share in both the rewards and responsibilities of growing a business

What You'll Be Involved In

Co-developing recruitment strategies, service offerings, and client acquisition plans Leading business functions based on your strengths (e.g., sales, delivery, ops) Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates Shaping the culture and long-term vision of the firm
