Then come and join our global team as Business Performance Controller for ASEAN to support the Regional HQ team as well as the Zone CFO in various financial matters.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will focus on controlling & reporting activities (Regional headquarters P&L, Balance Sheet, FTE planning and controlling, SG&A bridges, sales flash reporting, gross profit analysis) and special / ad-hoc topics
  • You will drive process streamlining, digitalization and automation within the team
  • You will act as key Productivity contact for Zone ASEAN management and global headquarters, manage the OPW setup for the zone in conjunction with country productivity controllers and all Productivity reporting.
  • You will be responsible for regular updates of management reports, presentations, projects, and financial analysis of various KPIs (e,g, new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone)
  • You will support the Zone Finance management in Pricing analysis and improvement initiatives

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling / Finance and Digitalization
  • Understanding of business finance terms, process, and management
  • Experience in Project Management and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, other languages advantageous
Your attributes and skills:
  • You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business
  • You work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions
  • You possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate and present concepts
  • You have very good presentation skills and shows team orientation
  • You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc
