• 
  Our Client is a well-known Korean company, operating duty-free shops overseas, including in Singapore. The Business Planning Executive will work with the Business Planning Manager to make business plans, reports, forecasts, and analytical models for expanding the business well.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  
  
  • Assist and support the Business Planning Manager in management report consolidation and preparation which is related to business activities, sales progress, results, and forecasts.
  • Provide support in effective coordination, reviewing, and preparing monthly presentations for the CEO and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with all relevant parties in preparing and reviewing data and reports.
  • Research competitions to identify threats and opportunities
  • Assist the Business Planning Manager in preparing business plans, reports, forecasts, and analytical models.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management

• Requirement

  
  【 What they are looking for 】
  
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field
  • Strong in Business level Korean & English language in order to liaise with HQ in South Korea.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Korean / Singapore culture to prepare, present, and draft business-related reports for the HQ Korea management team.
  • Proven experience in relevant functions such as Strategic Planner or Marketing & Communications or Business planning background
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Knowledge of business fundamentals and management
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel

• Working Hour

  9:00 ~ 18:00
