Job Description

They are looking for a Business Planning Manager/Operation Strategy Consultant experience to join their Global Ops Transformation team, driving the Team\xe2\x80\x99s change and automation agenda while working closely with operations teams, technology, third party vendors and other business functions.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Engage with various stakeholders and design the Ops Transformation team\xe2\x80\x99s strategy aligned with the overall enterprise strategic vision and improvement agenda.
• Collaborate with Operations team to develop initiative planning and implementation roadmaps for analytics, process management, client documentation and service.
• Consistently keep up to date with trends in digital transformation while building up a culture of innovation and improvement.
• Work with business functions and users to understand and identify improvement opportunities, structure objectives, and identify risks.
• Provide detailed analysis of activities and processes along the client life cycle to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation, cut out or right shoring opportunities.
• Work with various stakeholders to understand the project scope and requirements, translate them into work breakdown structure as part of the project deliverables.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Consulting/ Product Management/ Business Strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of ML, AI, Cloud, Analytics and Process Automation Technologies.
• Relevant exposure to Business Analysis, Project Management & Process Improvement in financial services space.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience in managing large scale cross functional, global transformation projects.
