Business Process Analyst (ERP - SCM) PURPOSE: To work with business stakeholders to develop Global Standard and implementation based on Dynamics 365. This entails taking responsibility for project r Business Process Analyst (ERP - SCM) PURPOSE: To work with business stakeholders to develop Global Standard and implementation based on Dynamics 365. This entails taking responsibility for project requirement gatherings coordinating requirements for review, approval, and standardization working with stakeholders (internal and external) on implementation, change management and Go-Live. RESPONSIBILITES: This role will involve conduct studies on current processes and work will multiple stakeholders to develop Global Standard and implementation based on Dynamics 365. Main responsibilities include: Assist Business Transformation Manager to drive process standardization and project implementation Consult subject matter expert on business processes and/ or technical team on systems Gathering as is' functional design specifications and process map Fit-Gap analysis and work with stakeholders for resolutions Writing technical and user documentation for as-is' and to-be' state Work collaboratively to assist in the design and implementation with both internal (functional/ cross functional) and external stakeholders Perform change management Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes, and new responsibilities REQUIREMENTS: Essential and Desired Experience: Experience in managing stakeholder expectation with good influencing & negotiating skills Ability to communicate with all levels of staffs and management team An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast-paced environment under tight deadline and able to manage ambiguity Excellent interpersonal at all levels and ability to work in multicultural workplace Written and verbal communication (technical writing skills is a plus) Education/ Professional Requirements: Good Degree in Business Management/ Engineering/ Science 5 years or more experience Experience in developing requirements and must be able to transform an idea/ strategy into execution through project implementation. Have experience and good understanding of key ERP modules will be an advantage. Knowledge of sales/supply chain/ service will be an advantage. A good teamwork with the ability to work with cross functional team and bridging the gap between the business technology. Experience in managing improvement project implementation. Experience in MS office suites (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
