Job Description
We are seeking for a Business Process Analyst to utilize your analytical & problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement, and streamline the operations processes:
- Salary up to $4,000 + $130 allowance + AWS + VB
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days wfh + 2 days wfo)
- Company transport provided from Yishun / Woodlands / Boon Lay / Jurong east
- Use process mapping techniques to document current state processes and identify pain points and bottlenecks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements and challenges
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and propose process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and implementation of best practices
- min. 1 year working experience in Business Process Analyst or similiar role
- Good in process analysis & mapping techniques
- Familiar with process automation and workflow management systems such as RPA / UiPath / Power Automate / etc
