Full time job opportunity to lead the Finance division to implement digital transformation / business re-engineering projects:

• Salary package up to $8,000 + AWS + VB (average annual package of 15-16 months)

Responsibilities: * Oversees Finance & Enterprise systems & processes, task to execute automation, digitalization & process redesign programs

• Manage a team to bridges between Finance community & users on Finance ERP/SAP solutions
• Strategic thinking to develop plans & recommendations, design & deploy innovative financial solutions that improve organization performance & efficiency, address process issues & compliance requirements, & elevate stakeholder satisfaction
• Creating roadmaps that enable systems & work processes to support evolving business strategy & ERP/SAP upgrades / releases
• Drive continuous improvements & actively identify gaps, design solutions & functional requirements necessary to streamline business processes
• Lead & drive successful implementation of roadmap projects & solutions
• Design & lead change communication to align plans, actions & deliverables through the impacted departments & teams
• Institutionalize functional knowledge & design of Finance systems

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business / IT relevant discipline
• min. 5 years in business transformation project
• Working experience in Financial ERP/SAP systems
• Skills in business analyst & proven process re-engineering skills
