Permanent career opportunity to involve in a business transformation project:

• Salary package up to $6,200 + AWS + VB (average 15 to 16 months of annual package)
• Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements
• Good working environment with supportive working colleagues
• 5 days work weeks
• Location: Jurong West

Responsibilities: * Identify opportunity to apply digital transformation technologies, such as process automation tools as part of solutioning to improve & optimize Procurement resources

• Involve in the digital transformation and change initiatives that will result in simplified & efficient process for Procurement department
• Work collaboratively across all departments within the organization to drive process improvement initiatives that aligned with Procurement business priorities
• Develop, plan, and facilitate Procurement business process improvement projects
• Organize & lead the focus group discussions with business users to understand the business pain-points & user requirements
• Apply process improvement methodologies & tools such as Lean Six Sigma to address process challenges
• Collaborate closely with our technology and business transformation team to coordinate and oversee user requests and support user testing when necessary

Requirements:

• min. Degree in any relevant discipline
• min. 2 years of working experience in business process analyst role / business reengineering process
• Passionate in digital transformation projects
• Working experience in driving business process improvement project, involve in full SDLC
• Keen to explore Procurement related process improvement project
