Role Overview:
Supports users for incident management, problem resolution and change management
Resolves requests and work on change requests raised based on agreed schedules and service level agreements
Provides periodic progress updates to ensure that all concerned are informed of the concerns raised
Supports in updating business process documentation for assigned process areas by identifying areas in the process where IT enablers can help, mapping processes to IT solutions, communicating possible areas of improvements, working out potential benefits with the user champions, proactive sharing of data points alerting users of potential issues, and periodic systems audit
Takes responsibility for user requirements documentation and preparation of project charters, project delivery plans with key milestone and benefits target aligned to user indicators, project monitoring/ controlling/ closure and project communication to key sponsors and the IT management team
Networks with technology providers and business/ technology users from same industry space and other industries in assessing ERP solutions that may be relevant to the company's current and future requirements
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of any technological degree
Must have a deep understanding on warehousing and logistics business processes around the SAP system
With good customer service skills
Has effective project management skills and techniques
Possesses strong problem solving and decision making skills
Can work with minimal supervision and able to provide regular updates
Has good verbal and written communication skills
An excellent team player
At least 2-3 years of work experience in SAP implementation involving SAP Materials Management module
