Lead initiatives to assess and enhance Return-to-Supplier (RTS)/Customer service processes, aligning with SAP S4 Hana upgrades, to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement workshops, identifying pain points, root causes, and scalable solutions to drive efficiency and align vendor solutions with client requirements.
Utilize data analysis to design future-state solutions, challenge current processes, and identify opportunities for improvement, maximizing the benefits of the upgraded SAP S4 Hana platform.
Document processes using BPMN 2.0, promoting standardization and consistency, and partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for process streamlining and integration.
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor RTS processes\' effectiveness, track performance, analyze data, and identify further optimization opportunities.
Occasionally travel overseas as part of the role, contributing to a global and dynamic environment focused on digital transformation and innovation.
Requirements:
Proven experience (6-10 years) in business transformation, with a minimum of 3-5 years in leading process redesign (RTS) and implementation, preferably in a business transformation or ERP implementation context, ideally in a consulting environment.
Expertise in manufacturing industry processes such as spare parts, warehousing, procurement, repair, and warranties.
Deep understanding of RTS processes, accounting principles, procurement practices, and supply chain operations.
Demonstrated ability to independently design, decompose, and document business processes using BPMN 2.0.
Understanding of continuous improvement, business, and process architecture.
Strong client-facing skills, including top-notch written and verbal communication.
Experience in multiple industry sectors, particularly Consumer product sectors or manufacturing industry.
Experience in ERP systems (SAP) or SAP Hana transformation is highly desirable, along with exposure to RPA and intelligent automation implementation.
