The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a German Travel Retail client with a global presence worldwide, and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as a Business Process Owner based at their Singapore HQ! Reporting directly to the Head of Business Process, this is a sole contributor role where the successful incumbent will take charge of leading process improvement projects by developing and executing new strategies to streamline processes and create efficiencies across processes for different business functions (Marketing, Category Management, Buying, Procurement, and Supply Chain).

The Job:

• Lead the Process Improvement team in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes, while developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and streamline operations across the organization.
• Design, document, and manage process improvement initiatives, ensuring a robust tracking system is in place to monitor projects from initiation through to completion.
• Drive process enhancements by measuring performance, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide first-level system support to users across the APAC region, and when necessary, coordinate second and third-level support from the Global Headquarters to address and resolve issues.
• Oversee the progress of tickets, ensuring quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability through the Omni Tracker tool.

The Talent:

• At least 6-7 years of experience in process management or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Luxury Retail environment.
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP (MM) and a proven track record in implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse levels of stakeholders.
• Proficient in process mapping tools and data analysis techniques.
