manufacturing, and assembly and after-sales services to global Computer, Communication and Consumer-electronics ("3C") leaders.Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for program revenue and profit.
• Commercial and business terms negotiations (includes Part Price and CapEx).
• Define program business strategies.
• Drive operational cost efficiencies through process optimization or design change.
• Bridge towards an effective balance between the organization\'s operation and customer\'s need
• Evaluate technical and business risks in accordance with competition analysis.
• Conduct market research including Industry trend, Product News, Market Share, New Technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards successful product launch.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with customer.

Job Requirements:

• Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in either China or India sites.
• Bachelors in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to distil complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams.
