Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business & Project Consultant to lead end-to-end operations across workforce outsourcing, recruitment, and large-scale event management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, and able to drive business growth and deliver manpower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee tender and proposal lifecycle, including costing, submission, and project delivery. Lead recruitment and outsourcing operations, from client acquisition to payroll and compliance. Manage staffing and event programs for exhibitions. Direct development of internal workforce management systems and digital transformation projects. Ensure operational governance, SOP compliance, and manpower licensing adherence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in manpower outsourcing, events, or BPO project management. Strong understanding of MOM regulations and cross-border workforce compliance. Excellent leadership, client relationship, and multi-project management skills. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and digital transformation experience.

Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,800.00 per month
