This position reports to the company director directly and to lead the franchise development initiatives. The successful candidate will prepare franchise systems, and operations manual, etc, and ensure the sustainable expansion of the brand, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, and a deep understanding of how to identify and onboard ideal business partners who will uphold and grow our brand.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual involved in:
1. Franchise System Creation & Architecture (The Core Mandate)
Develop the Franchise Operations Manual
Design the Franchise Business Model
Establish Brand Standards
2. Strategic Franchise Development & Planning
Develop the Franchise Sales Strategy
Create the Franchise Marketing Collateral
3. Legal & Compliance Framework
Liaise with Franchise Attorneys
o Come out with a basic draft of Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
o Franchise Agreement
Protect Intellectual Property (IP)
4. Training Program Development
Design the Training Curriculum.
