THE ROLE:

The Business Solution Expert is, for one or several subjects of finance (Purchasing, AP, Pricing, Invoicing, AR, GL, Tax, FA, Bank & Payment, Controlling, Consolidation) in charge of the construction, adaptation, maintenance and securing of financial processes. He /she provides user assistance in case of incidents or any requests in their domain of expertise.

The finance solution is a Core Model of standard and vital functionalities composed of 2 major systems, Infor M3 and Workday, and a few other systems of Finance (Basware, Treasury Xpress, HFM...) also connected to Supply Chain (M3, Cegid, SFCC, \xe2\x80\xa6.) and HR (Payroll tool, Success Factor\xe2\x80\xa6.) systems. The solution is applicable for all Clarins entities (Central and Subsidiaries). Therefore, the Business Solution Expert always works with a Group vision.

Help Clarins make the most of REBOOT and foster improvement

  • Be the point of reference at Clarins for subjects in their domain of expertise
  • Provide technical and solution expertise to support users (requests and incidents qualification and resolution)
  • Liaise with solution editor or AMS for complex incidents
  • Propose processes optimizations
  • Support the community of key users and local relay (Communications on release & evolution, collections of improvement requests, sharing of best practices/tips, presentation of training kits\xe2\x80\xa6)
Be the Core Model guardian
  • Participate to the validation of Reboot deployment FIT GAPs
  • Support data governance (FDM - COA - APR - other misc. financial tables)
  • Secure financial transactions :
- Inbound and outbound interface monitoring, systems reconciliation checks,
- Secure rights and role attribution in accordance with segregation of duties rules
  • Manage critical reporting
  • Contribute to business documentations and procedures and training material (Workbooks/Design documentation/Training kit/ procedures and the Group Accounting manual \xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Contribute to keeping processes and tool simple, maintainable, harmonized
Design and implement application roadmap
  • Contribute to REBOOT \xe2\x80\x9cPost Go Live evolution\xe2\x80\x9d deployment
  • In close collaboration with the Finance Skills Center Director, Business Process Owners and IT solution experts, and taking into account users expectations, contribute to identify and to propose solution opportunities (process evolution, innovation) that will deliver value
  • Manage improvement requests and/or new processes/ standards / solutions deployment. Architect, design, prototype and deliver continually improved products : solution description, technical feasibility assessment, impacts analysis configuration, testing, localization, documentation
  • Contribute to the anticipation and monitoring of changes and the release roadmap.
YOU HAVE:
  • Masters/ Bachelor Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on their specific domain.
  • Good project management experience to implement new financial systems (design, configuration, tests, reporting etc.), ideally in an agile environment
  • Good knowledge and experience of Workday is necessary (workbook, configuration, interface management) with strong skills in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Custom, Composite, Matrix)
  • Experience with M3 and BI tool will be an advantage, especially with Cognos or even Qlik Sense
  • Good technical skills on Procurement processes and Accounts Payable
  • Strong analytical skills, problem framing and process design
  • Strong skills in solution maintenance and TMA
  • Organized, systematic, and a keen attention to details is key
