• Position : Business Strategies Manager (Luxury Retail) - Up to $7,000 - Alexandra - All Welcome!
• Location : Alexandra
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : High End Luxury Watch Retailer

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the various stakeholders including SEA CEO to develop, execute organization\'s vision goals and initiatives and to address issues and challenges
• Conducting research on industry trends and internal business to develop strategic options and identifying business opportunities
• Identifying and assessing strategic risks, developing mitigation plans and ensuring the organization\'s resilience in a dynamic business environment
• Driving budget process and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely submission and value add to the business
• Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing the communication on behalf of SEA CEO, on business strategies and execution, ensuring alignment with company\'s vision and goals
• Lead and oversee special projects, initiatives and strategic priorities, monitoring progress and performance metrics
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across SEA
• Leading and organizing regional meetings including identifying best practices and business reviews
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Qualifications
• Prior similar experience in luxury industry
• Willing to travel when required
