About the Role

• Be an essential part of the team to manage and deliver centralized reporting for all risk forums within Markets and ensure active monitoring of key risk and business metrics
• Overseeing the requirements that must be met for governance of the use of communication channels for business purposes
• Reporting to the Head of Business Tools & Oversight

As Business Supervision & Reporting Manager, your stakeholders to this role include key controls and process owners, Markets Heads of FOS&G, Desk Risk Management, Markets Surveillance, Business Execution and Client Distribution as well as second line to ensure a globally consistent well managed approach is taken to risk identification, assessment and mitigation across all the Markets businesses and geographies. Your role will manage to deliver consistent and timely management reports across products and key geographies, being the centralized and first point of contact for data insights on key risk and business metrics. You will ensure active monitoring of key risk and business metrics, including providing analysis on trends and insights and escalations. Working closely with the Head of Business Tools & Oversight and key stakeholders in overseeing the delivery and sustainability of work plans relating to FX EU, In-Use, Internal Audit Reviews and Risk Culture, as well as overseeing the governance requirements for the use of Communication Channels. Last but not the least, you will have 3 direct reports and will have the opportunity to work with Front Office Support and Governance Leadership Team & key Enablement functions in Markets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

• Experience and strong knowledge of the Financial Markets and the environment that ANZ Markets operates in with demonstrated understanding of products, sales and trading
• Embraces data and providing innovative solutions to meet the changing landscape through maintaining external awareness
• Extensive experience and knowledge of governance, compliance, regulation and how to operationalise regulatory requirements for a sound control environment
• Demonstrated key competencies including ability to manage and delivering change, deliver results, exercise sound judgement, broaden perspective, build relationships (internal & external) and develop self
