Play a key role in supporting the commercial team in retail deployment & business development. Critical areas of support would be retailer / licensee communication, cross-functional team management to drive one-voice activation & deal tracking for existing licensees.

60% - Coordination & deployment of:

1. Brand plans in partnership with commercial leads and execution of retail activations - both offline & online


2. Retailer and Licensee communications - brand updates, bulletins, creative updates, and follow up with administration of deal preparation, tracking & business analytics


3. Pitch decks and research materials to support new business development initiatives (new licensees, new distributors & new agencies)


4. Market research and insights

40% - Help in the coordination and organisation of

5. Licensee / trade presentations (physical and digital)


6. Licensee presentation decks


7. Monitoring of campaigns, promotions and product releases (WB CPLG and competitors, both on and offline)


8. Team meetings - agenda, minutes and follow-up


9. Retailer / licensee / agencies meetings - agenda, minutes and follow-up
