Handle in payroll for employees, by ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Handle in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
Work closely with HR to maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, providing timely and accurate information.
Managing manpower needs as per business requirement, including managing duty roster
Mediate workplace conflicts, provide counselling, and organize engagement initiatives
Handle any ad-hoc HR-related projects and tasks.
