Prepare and file client documents weekly (insurance, claims, investment, CPF-related)
Track deadlines for policy renewals, client reviews, and compliance submissions
Maintain client records with complete and accurate data
Manage incoming emails and draft adviser-reviewed replies
Support ad hoc tasks and assist with client events
What You Need
Full certificate in GCE "A" Level (3 passes in H2 subjects and 2 passes in H1 subjects); or
Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or
International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification; or
Any other academic qualification equivalent to the above Eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship (all nationalities may apply)
Minimum age 21 (regulatory requirement)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Clear spoken and written English for client communication
What Will Help
Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
CMFAS papers: M5, M9, M9A, and HI will be a bonus
Experience in administrative support, client servicing, or compliance in financial services
