Data Analytics

  • Provides direct support to the Regional Commercial Director by extracting and consolidating data from multiple systems and contract databases for strategic analysis and presentation at Asia and Global board meetings
Business Generation Support
Overall
  • Management of Business Generation pipeline in the Contacts & Marketing Database (CMD) for Singapore
  • Management of collaterals including Capability Statements, Case Studies and CVs in compliance to the Turner & Townsend corporate standards and in conjunction with the regional Business Generation team for Southeast Asia.
  • Support to the Market Management team in management and submission of bids including proposals compliant to Turner & Townsend standards for Southeast Asia.
  • Management of procurement registrations and prequalification submission and vendor registrations
  • Support to the Market Management team in management and submission of bids including proposals compliant to Turner & Townsend standards.
  • Management of New Client onboarding process including liaising with Credit Control on Client Acceptance Forms (CAF), Project/Job/Workstages are aligned and confirming with the Directors that the fee schedule is in line with the Top Down and Invoice Trackers
Commission and Finance Support
  • Responsible for the management of the Risk Management (RM) database
  • Management of monthly commission invoices including liaison with commission managers on billing amounts for the month, generation of invoices for jobs and issuance of invoices in accordance with client accounts payable requirements.
  • Management of tax and finance tasks in conjunction with the Regional Finance Team resolving tax and finance issues by liaising with the corporate tax accountant and attend upon any corporate tax issues, audits and other regulatory requirements.
  • Management of Debt Report including tracking of Client's Vendor Portal, the Withholding Tax collection and regular reporting to the regional Finance Team and Credit Control.
  • Support the Market Management Team in providing invoice reconciliation analysis of actuals against the fee schedule where/as required.
Management Team Support
  • Support the MD, Southeast Asia in relation to reporting to Boards and global governance bodies.
  • Support Market Management team relation in the renewal and maintenance of corporate licenses and other associated accreditation and certification
  • Manage and oversight in-country Business Support team
  • Management of Market Client Database and Event Schedule including organising events, tracking attendance, and coordinating registration and participation
  • Support the Market Management Team in relation to reporting to Boards and global governance bodies.
  • Support Market Management team relation in the renewal and maintenance of corporate licenses and other associated accreditation and certification
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience in a similar role preferably from a professional services consultancy
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse senior stakeholders both in person, and virtually.
  • Analytical mindset and self-starter, able to work independently and seek solutions
  • An ability to develop, manage and improve business processes and initiatives to support a rapidly growing business.
  • Strong PC skills required. Expert in the use of Microsoft Office package, especially MSWord, Excel, Power Point and PowerBI.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Able to work collaboratively in teams and well organised
  • Manage tight timeframes
