Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Support for Global Corporate Banking - Real Estate Department including but not limited to:
Compliance and Operations
- Provide compliance and operational support to the Department
- Track, monitor and close applicable remediation exercises for the Department
- Operationalise internal processes of the Department to those of divisional initiatives and audit requirements.
- Execution of bank\'s data maintenance, data input, monitoring and reporting.
- Support Department Customer Service Team on operational matters to ensure adherence to current processes.
- Participate in account opening process for Department customers
- Perform admin support, including periodic and adhoc documentation processing.
- Take part in exciting Department and Division level projects, including digitalisation initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc assignments given by supervisor

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Positive working attitude and a high degree of initiative and should preferably have 5 years of relevant experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- Meticulous, able to adapt to changes and comfortable working with numbers.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is important.
- Results-oriented, highly motivated, ability to meet timelines independently and deal with pressure.
- A proven team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
