Ensuring the smooth functioning of the recruitment process by handling a variety of administrative, operational, and communication tasks.Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the point of contact between the recruitment team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assisting with drafting emails, communication, and job postings.
• Coordinating between recruitment teams, candidates, and divisions to ensure smooth communication.
• Supporting the recruitment team by screening resumes and assisting in the selection process.
• Coordinating background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding documentation.
• Assisting with job advertising and promoting open positions within the division.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
